Here's a little insight into ALL THE THINGS that make me ME.

At the heart of my philosophy is the belief that your life unfolds from your WHY — the quiet compass inside you that knows what matters.

I believe in...

* The beauty of showing up as yourself, unfiltered and unafraid.
* In honoring your values.
* In choosing love and connection over the chase for more.
* In remembering that you are already whole.

My WHY Philosophy
My philosophy is rooted in the belief that everything begins with your why — the quiet inner truth that guides how you move through the world. I believe that when you understand what truly matters to you, every decision becomes clearer, more aligned, and more grounded in purpose.

To me, coaching isn’t about fixing people. It’s about helping you remember who you already are. It’s about reconnecting with the values that shape your life: the people you love, the way you want to feel each day, the dreams you’ve set aside, and the version of yourself that feels the most authentic and alive.

I believe in the freedom to be fully yourself — without apology, without shrinking, without performing for anyone else’s expectations. Confidence isn’t something you learn; it’s something you reclaim when you stop hiding your truth.

I also believe in balance: knowing that success isn’t measured in titles or money, but in the relationships we nurture, the way we care for ourselves, and the courage it takes to live a life that feels honest. You are already enough, already whole, already worthy — arriving exactly as you are.

In our work together, we gently uncover your why, reconnect you to what you value most, and build the confidence to live each day from that place of inner alignment. My role is simply to walk alongside you as you step into a life that feels more authentic, grounded, and entirely your own.
From Design Studios to Small Businesses: The Foundation of My Work

My professional world has spanned menswear design at major brands, storytelling through vintage textiles, and leading high-performance teams in fast-moving creative environments. I’ve managed three retail locations and multiple pop-ups, built digital libraries, collaborated with global fashion houses, supported stylists and costume designers, and cultivated deep relationships with creative clients.

Across every role — whether I was designing pants, developing prints, managing operations, or directing a 6,000-piece archive — I found myself gravitating toward the people behind the work.

Those years in design studios, small businesses, and creative entrepreneurial spaces taught me how to problem-solve quickly, lead with empathy, and build structures that allow people to do what they do best.

The Real Story:
Why I Became a Coach

While my career shaped my skills, my life shaped my purpose. I became a coach because I’ve lived through the complicated, beautiful, heartbreaking, and transformational parts of being human. My resilience was shaped by:

-
Cancer caregiving for a spouse
-
Living with a chronic health conditions
-
Experiencing pregnancy loss and then becoming a parent
-
Financial ups and downs, career pivots, and unexpected life resets
-
Rebuilding identity after moments that felt like they broke me open
These experiences didn’t derail my path — they deepened it. They taught me how to hold space, listen without judgment, build structure through chaos, and help people reconnect with who they really are beneath the pressure, pain, and expectations.
Coaching became a natural extension of how I move through the world—with purpose, compassion, honesty, and a wholehearted belief that when you truly know and love yourself, you open the door to a more joyful, aligned, and deeply authentic life.
At any moment, you have the power to rewrite your story.
Why People Work
With Me
My clients work with me because I’m real...and happily quirky. I bring empathy, humor, strategy, lived wisdom, and absolutely zero judgment into our sessions. I’m equal parts coach, cheerleader, thought partner, and grounded truth-teller — the person who will gently call you forward, hold space for your messy moments, and remind you that your story isn’t over yet.

I’ve spent twenty years inside creative studios, archives, small businesses, and leadership roles, watching how people thrive and what makes them crumble. I know how to help you navigate both — with compassion in one hand and a plan in the other.

Working with me means:
-
You get small, doable steps instead of pressure-filled leaps.
-
You get clarity (not perfection), direction (not rules).
-
You get warmth, presence, and accountability.
-
You get someone who actually listens — and remembers.
-
You get to feel like yourself again.
Clients trust me because I bring my whole self — my story, my resilience, my humor, my heart — and I help them do the same.
